Agreement

Keota Dog Co. is a brand operated by BoopGo LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. By accessing keota.co or participating in any Keota Dog Co. event (including Paws on the Trail), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or participate in events.

Event Participation

Paws on the Trail and other Keota events are self-guided recreational activities. By signing up and participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own safety, decisions, supervision, and conduct at all times
• You are responsible for your dog's behavior and well-being
• You participate at your own risk
• Keota Dog Co. is not liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that occur during participation
• You will follow all local trail rules, leash laws, and Leave No Trace principles

Photos & Content

Photos shared publicly and tagged with event social media accounts (e.g., @keotapack) may be reposted or used by Keota Dog Co. for event promotion, marketing, and future community event promotion. By tagging us, you grant Keota a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content.

Communications

By signing up for an event, you may receive occasional emails from Keota Dog Co. about trail stewardship and better ways to leave no trace. You can unsubscribe at any time. Text messages are sent by Keota Dog Co. (BoopGo LLC) only with your explicit opt-in consent, and consent to receive them is not a condition of participation or purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Text Message Program

Our SMS program sends Paws on the Trail event clues, updates, and reminders to participants who opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent to or received from us, according to your plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to receive text messages from us and you must be the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide. Participants under 18 are welcome at our events but must have a parent or guardian sign up and receive messages on their behalf.

Carrier liability.Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and coverage, and we cannot guarantee that any message will be delivered on time or at all.

Prizes

Prizes are provided by Keota Dog Co. and local business partners. Prize availability, value, and selection criteria are at Keota's sole discretion. No purchase necessary. No cash alternatives.

Limitation of Liability

Keota Dog Co. provides this site and its events "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keota Dog Co. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in any event.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or participation in events constitutes acceptance of any changes.
