Keota Dog Co. is a brand operated by BoopGo LLC ("Keota," "we," "us"), a Colorado limited liability company. BoopGo LLC operates keota.co and the Paws on the Trail community scavenger hunt in Colorado Springs, CO.

What We Collect

When you sign up for Paws on the Trail or other Keota events, we collect:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Event preferences (e.g., which hunt dates you select)

How We Use Your Information

• To send event clues, updates, and reminders via text message (with your consent)
• To send occasional emails about trail stewardship, cleanup initiatives, and better ways to leave no trace
• To improve our events and community programs
• To track website activity using Meta Pixel for advertising purposes

Text Messages (SMS)

We only send text messages if you explicitly opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our sign-up form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of participation in any event or of any purchase.

Messages are sent by Keota Dog Co. (BoopGo LLC) and relate to Paws on the Trail event clues, updates, and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. This information is used solely by BoopGo LLC to send the messages described above.

Email Communications

By signing up for a Keota event, you may receive occasional emails from Keota Dog Co. about trail stewardship and better ways to leave no trace. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.

Photos & User Content

Photos shared publicly and tagged with our event social media accounts (e.g., @keotapack) may be reposted or used by Keota for event promotion, marketing, and future community event promotion.

Tracking & Analytics

We use Meta Pixel and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. These tools may collect anonymous browsing data such as pages visited and referral sources. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as needed to operate our events (e.g., form hosting via GoHighLevel) or as required by law. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are excluded from all third-party sharing and are never sold, rented, or disclosed for marketing purposes.

Data Security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your personal information. Contact and consent records are stored in GoHighLevel, our access-controlled customer relationship platform, and are transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Access is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate our events and communications.

We retain your information only as long as needed to run our events and communications, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You may unsubscribe from text messages at any time by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or contact us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
